Q: How does moving to a new country effect my F4 petition?

I am a Canadian citizen and live in Canada. My sister has sponsored me under F4 category. Hence when my status becomes current my interview shall be in Canada but it shall take about 2 years for the petition to become current. My question is if I move to a different country for about 2 years how it shall effect my petition status and where will the interview take place.DO I have to come back to canada when my priority date becomes current. If I update the address to the new country will my application start from scratch or it hold s the priority status and my interview gets held in the new country embassy
